- Prints: Shipped via GELATO’s global network of print partners, using standard courier services.
- Original Artworks: Shipped securely via trusted carriers with insurance and tracking included.
- Shipping method and carrier may vary depending on your location.
3. Delivery Times
- Domestic (Australia): Typically 5–10 business days.
- International: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- For original artworks, shipping costs include insurance and protective packaging.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
5. Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
- For original artworks, insurance is included to cover damage during transit.
6. Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- For prints, tracking is provided by GELATO.
- For original artworks, tracking is provided by the carrier selected for delivery.
