Returns Policy

1. Prints

  • All print orders are fulfilled and shipped by GELATO, our print-on-demand partner.
  • Returns, replacements, or refunds for prints are handled directly through GELATO’s return process.
  • Please refer to GELATO’s customer support for instructions on how to initiate a return or replacement for damaged or defective prints.

2. Original Artworks

  • Returns of original artworks will be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the artwork arrives damaged.
  • To request a return, please contact us at lee@leewilde.com.au within 7 days of receiving your artwork, including photographs of the damage.
  • Once approved, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
  • Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for returning original artwork.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
