Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse the collections on our website, select your preferred artwork or print size, and complete checkout securely online.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards and secure online payment options. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Prints are shipped worldwide via GELATO’s global network, and original artworks are shipped securely with insurance and tracking.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Prints: 5–10 business days within Australia, 10–20 business days internationally.
  • Original artworks: 5–10 business days within Australia, 10–20 business days internationally, depending on customs and local carriers.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Original artworks include insurance and protective packaging.


Returns

Q: Can I return a print?
A: Yes. Returns of prints are handled directly by GELATO. Please follow their return process for damaged or defective prints.

Q: Can I return an original artwork?
A: Returns of original artworks are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the artwork is damaged. Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Contact us at lee@leewilde.com.au with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll guide you through the process.


Products

Q: Are prints limited edition?
A: Some prints are limited edition and will be clearly marked as such. Others are open edition reproductions.

Q: Do original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes. All original artworks include a signed certificate of authenticity.
